Did you know that there are some websites that can get you to pay $50 for your CPR class online and then print out an online CPR Card? They will sell it to you that its very easy and fast. This is a fake CPR card!! This type of fake CPR card is well known by your employer and is not accepted for any type of job requirement in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Warn your friends and coworkers about this internet scam.
How can you know that it is a real training center? CPR Classes are never fully online. If they said they are an American Heart Association training site or center, then go to the AHA website to check them out: www.heart.org

Pediatric Advanced Life Support Classes in the Bay Area
We are happy to announced our first PALS Classes in the Bay Area. We are now teaching this class in 3 locations; San Francisco, San Jose and Berkeley.
This class conceits in two parts: the first one will be done online. You will need to go to the AHA website www.onlineaha.org and sign up for this class, this is about 6 hours long.
The second part is the skills testing, you will come to one of our location to complete this portion and get your PALS certificate on the day of your test!
Remember that you have to complete the skills testing to get your certificate!

American Heart Association Pediatric CPR/First Aid Class approved by EMSA
We offer Pediatric CPR and First Aid Classes in the Bay Area. If you are a child care provider, you should take this class. This class is approved by EMSA certification as part of Title 22/AB243 Child Care Laws.
This course combines both CPR and First-aid and students learn how to use an epi pen, bandaging, glove removal, splinting, and how to conduct an interview of an injured victim. Other topics include: bee stings, allergic reactions, snake bites, shock, amputations, seizures, asthma, CPR for all ages, chokesaving, and how to use an AED (defibrillator).

Heartsaver CPR/AED Class
The class is 3 hours long. You will learn how to perform CPR on adult, child and infant, how to use the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and choke-saving. You will perform hand on practice with the manikins. Wear comfortable clothing!!

If you are going off-grid, so to speak, and will be out of internet range, the preloaded content on this app is a must-have.
CPR Tempo
This app designed for iPhones provides users with both visual and audio support during an emergency. The provided cues allow help by timing chest compressions during resuscitation. Additionally, timers are provided for defibrillator shocking and epinephrine use. The app comes with a tutorial that users should become familiar with before using the app.
Resuscitation!
Ideal for healthcare students or someone involved in a CPR class, this app is a medical simulator that allows students the opportunity to test their knowledge and skills in order to be better prepared for a real crisis. It may be too advanced for people who have no medical training, but if you do have first aid and CPR skills, this might be a great app to test that knowledge base and improve your performance should a real crisis arise.
It’s always a good idea to be prepared and in addition to having an app the best way to be prepared is to receive your First-Aid training class in San Rafael. These apps allow you the back-up you need when you’re faced with a medical crisis — either by someone you love or perhaps a total stranger. The fact is, emergencies can happen anywhere. At least if you have access to ready information on your smart phone, you’ll be better equipped to handle the challenge of helping someone when help is vital.
